Conquerthemap is a browser-based multiplayer strategy game. We provide: • Real-time multiplayer game rooms • Ranked and casual game modes • Optional premium subscription for additional features • In-game virtual currency (coins) earned through gameplay The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Coins are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. Premium subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly, 6-month, or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues that prevented access to paid features.
All content, design, graphics, and code on Conquerthemap are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. By submitting content (such as chat messages or usernames), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The service is free of viruses or harmful components We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, virtual currency, or account data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conquerthemap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where we operate, as applicable.
